Head out of Lorne, west up William Street, turn left into Otway Street, continue onto Allenvale Road and along the carpark. The walk is mostly flat as it follows the Saint George River and it’s tree-fern lined gullies through to the track junction near the coast. The river crossing on this section of the track should not be attempted if the water level is high. If you continue to the right and over the bridge, you will meet the Great Ocean Road and coastline, approx. 1 km away. |
