MENU
Ba Ba Lu Bar''s dining room is very different during every part of the day.
Fresh white wood paneled walls with a splash of North African tangerine, warmth of the hand crafted wooden tables, marble bar filled with freshly baked pastries.
As the sun sets, the Moorish lanterns tattoo the walls with a soft glow of Moroccan patterns and the cool Latino tunes drift around you.
A carefully selected wine list with plenty of local specialties to choose from, as well as a smattering of Spanish wines.
Every aspect of the dining room has been thoughtfully attended to.
The bar is a welcome spot to meet and eat as you do in Spain.
Tapas and a wine, beer or cocktail, or outside on the terrace to enjoy the salt air.
Ba Ba Lu is a wonderful meeting place to while away the hours.
COOKING SCHOOL
Have a course in Spanish cookery for groups of five to ten people.
We arrange the class around your needs.

MEDIA
The Age Good Food Guide - 2006
''Ba Ba Lu''s zesty Spanish focus extends from the background music to the Moorish fretwork lanterns,
and into the bathrooms where a ''teach yourself Spanish'' tape might be playing.
While backpackers from the upstairs hostel make merry at the bar and in the courtyard, families crowd around paper-over-linen tables to share tapas plates''
Eat & Drink Restaurant Guide - 2006
''The theme is set by Spanish music and Moorish features: the menu covers tapas, slightly larger racion, and mains with a solid seafood representation suited to the beachside location, and the food is well-cooked and finely flavoured in ingredient-focussed Spanish fashion. Specials add to the choice and feature local catch.
The wine list covers an interesting range including some Spanish selections all at reasonable prices and a BYO option allows you to source from your cellar.
It''s very friendly, and buzzy, and a relaxed dining experience.''
