Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating
hotels and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. |

Offer commences 01/05/08. Offer valid until 5pm 19/09/08.
Offer varies with each accommodation premises and may not apply for public holidays, school holidays and weekend stays of Friday & Saturday nights.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. |

Consumers who log onto lornelink.com.au and obtain a promotional
voucher, and who stay a minimum of two (2) consecutive nights at
a participating hotel in Lorne Victoria
at the participating hotel's 'rack rate ' during the offer period will
be entitled to receive a third night accommodation at the same hotel
at a room rate of equal or lesser value free. The third night accommodation
must be redeemed consecutively with the first and second nights accommodation,
and is subject to booking and availability. Standard participating
hotel terms and conditions, including but not limited to conditions
relating to booking, occupancy, payment and check out, apply at all
times. |

It is a condition of redeeming under the offer that consumers must
meet all requirements corresponding to the participating hotel. In
order to redeem the offer, consumers must make reservations directly
with the participating hotel and pay any outstanding accounts in
full directly to the relevant participating hotel. Consumers must,
at the time of booking, disclose that the booking is being made pursuant
to the offer. |

Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or promotional
offer. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken
as cash. |

All other costs associated with redeeming the offer, including
but not limited to travel, spending money and meals, are the sole
responsibility of the claimant. |

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, arising out
of the redemption of the offer, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law. |

The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) conduct a security verification
check at its absolute discretion; (ii)
verify
the validity of claims;
(iii) disqualify any consumer for tampering with the claiming process
or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms
and Conditions. |

The Promoter collects claimant’s personal information in
order to conduct the offer. If the information requested is not provided,
the claimant may not participate in the offer. By claiming under
this offer, unless otherwise advised, each claimant also agrees that
the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment
or other compensation to the claimant, including sending the claimant
electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information
should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below. |

The Promoter reserves the right to request claimants to provide
proof of age and identity prior to redemption. Identification considered
suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. |

The prices and information via the lornelink.com.au website are
correct at the time of printing, and have been provided by the participating
hotels in each case. The participating hotels reserve the right to
change their prices or withdraw from the offer without notice. |

A cancellation fee may be charged by a participating accommodation venue, according
to its cancellation policy. Please check with the participating accommodation venue
at the time of booking. |
